- 12 September 2011The terrace of LEF is the best terrace of Delft. This was announced by the technical university (TU) at Delft. They wrote:
Doelenplein is the prettiest square of Delft. Not surprisingly. Many tourists, students and some yuppies meet on the terrace of LEF. Under the coloured lights in the plane trees and has wonderful views of the canal. The trees provide shade, but it is easy to find a sunny table in the afternoon and evening.
The croquettes are delicious, hot and crispy. 8 pieces for € 4.90 and a vase of cold tap Jupiler cost € 2.20.
The waitress was extremely quick, polite and unobtrusive. That we like.

You can enjoy your wine or beer wile listening to your favorite bands. For the first concert we have booked the Mississippi Delta Brothers. This very special band is inspired by Jerry Lee Lewis. The next sundays will be full of summer atmosphere with hot Flamenco and Blues

- 01 June 2011Street Arts Festival Mooi Weer Spelen is one of the largest free street art festivals in the Netherlands, which is set in the historic town of Delft. On 5 June, the festival offers a voyage of discovery through the streets and alleys around the Doelenplein, through special acts, innovative installations, hypnotic dance performances, the breathtaking spectacle and crazy artists, a place to meet and to marvel!
